It has been decreed by the powers that be that there will be no opining this week due to the defeat of Tim Tebow. However, in an attempt to stand up to "The Man" (and because I was 4-for-4 last week in my playoff predictions), I do deem it necessary to provide you with my picks for this week.

Much to the chagrin of our garrison commander, San Francisco will beat the Giants in the NFC championship game. As for the AFC, much to the chagrin of our resident sports "expert" Brandon Bieltz, the Ravens will finally make due on all of my past predictions and beat the oh-so-handsome Tom Brady and the Patriots.

Right or wrong, you can expect something about Sunday's games and more general awesomeness when the mourning period for Tebow has passed in next week's Jibber.
